as food preparation, and developing or otherwise

connected therewith, as stated in the Articles of
Incorporation. Secondary purpose is to purchase,
acquire, own, lease, sell and convey real properties
and machineries, equipments and other personal
properties as may be necessary, as stated in
Articles of Incorporation. The principles upon which
our company is built to offer our clients the
technical expertise in our field, or otherwise
engaging in any function, for Private and Government
seminars for the development of the community. The
